Design of a returnable packaging system for storage and transportation of automotive engines for Holden. The package was designed for all plastic construction, using twin sheet thermoforming & injection moulding processes. The unique design enables the package to be collapsed flat to minimise shipping space. The assembled pack is load tested to 750kg.
